Lena’s menu dives into the Cantabrian sea, climbs the rocky Picos de Europa to get the best cheeses, feeds on the seasonal producers of the garden and doesn’t go without succulent meats cooked on charcoal. Despite its attachment to the Asturian pantry, it travels to farther seas to offer a splendid red tuna or the coveted fresh prawns from Huelva. Everything is for your enjoyment.

The product shines so much and with so much weight that a specific section of our menu is dedicated to it because the kitchen, after all, is a raw material and when the raw material is so sublime, it deserves a reverential treatment.

Asturian Cheese and Cider

Cheeses have always been part of the Cider Mill concept, and in the largest cheese patch in Europe, they are essential to understanding gastronomy. The same goes for the kitchen of Jaime Uz, who uses them as a charm. There is more, like the ancestral pleasure of enjoying grilled meat. Our Josper oven allows us to cook haute superb steak live and in the middle of the cider mill without the discomforts of a traditional grill. With it both sea lovers and the most passionate carnivores can enjoy the experience in Lena in every way without having to make any sacrifices.

Enjoying fresh seafood cooked live is one of the many peculiarities of our gastronomic cider mill, where you can choose the seafood, contemplating and enjoying the process from when they leave the shellfish farm until they reach the table. Cockles, shrimp, fried clams, spider crabs, razor shells… A true festival of flavour with a staging at the height.
